Henry Fagnant, PMHNP-BC

Henry is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who earned his undergraduate and advanced nursing degrees from Regis University in Denver, Colorado. He provides evidence-based, holistic care that incorporates both medication and natural supplement options for patients who may not fully respond to traditional treatments. Known for his compassion and thoughtful nature, Henry takes the time to understand each person’s story and needs. His engineering background from the Colorado School of Mines enhances his analytical and problem-solving abilities, enriching his clinical decision-making.

Ike Wheeler

Ike Wheeler, PMHNP-BC

Ike is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with extensive experience in both hospital and outpatient settings, including nearly a decade at the Cleveland Clinic in internal medicine and child and adolescent psychiatric NP services. He earned his undergraduate degrees from the College of the Holy Cross and the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, and his graduate nursing degree from Kent State University. Ike currently practices part time with New Pathways Psychiatry and Counseling and full time within the University of Colorado system, providing evidence-based, client-centered care to children, adolescents, and adults with a wide range of psychiatric conditions. He is committed to building collaborative therapeutic relationships, tailoring treatment plans to each individual’s needs, and integrating medication management with non-pharmacologic approaches while honoring each client’s lived experience, culture, and goals.

Vanessa Grace Fagnant, LPC, MFTC, MTS

Vanessa holds Master’s Degrees in Marriage and Family Therapy (M.F.T.) from Regis University and in Marriage and Family Studies (M.T.S.) from the John Paul II Institute. She is certified in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and is expanding her practice to include Neurofeedback services. Vanessa works with individuals, couples, and families to strengthen relationships, heal emotional wounds, and rediscover hope and joy. Her compassionate, faith-informed approach helps clients explore their emotions, improve communication, and create healthier, more connected lives.

Matthew Jacques

Matthew Jacques, LPCC

Matthew helps individuals navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life changes. He creates a supportive, down-to-earth space where clients—especially young adults ages 18 to 25—can build confidence, independence, and a clearer sense of who they are. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Matthew works alongside each person to recognize unhelpful patterns, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful change. He values genuine connection and respects every client’s unique story and background.

We accept most major insurances including Aetna, Anthem, BCBS, Cigna, United Healthcare, Optum, UMR and SelectHealth of CO. We also accept Medicaid, TRICARE and Medicare.
