We are not in-network with Kaiser, but we can submit psychiatric and counseling claims for certain Kaiser employer plans under Carelon Health. Some patients have received reimbursement for services depending on their specific plan.

We are currently accepting all the insurances listed above for psychotherapy and offer neurofeedback in conjunction with psychotherapy which can be billed to insurance, including medicaid.
Counseling Services For Pre-Licensed Counselor
- $100 – 50 mins Individual Psychotherapy
- $100 – 50 mins Families and Couples Psychotherapy
- Matthew Jacques, LPCC and all LPCCs are able to accepting the following insurances and has sliding scale available:

Neurofeedback Services
Packages & Rates
- $1,575 – 15 sessions + 1 Brain Map
- $700 – Brain Map (QEEG Recording and Interpretation by Dr. Coban)
- $100 – Pay-per-session (30 mins)
- $150- Pay-per-session with Psychotherapy add on (50 mins)
Insurance is accepted for psychotherapy and neuro can be included in sessions of 38 mins or more. Please note, the Brain Map is not covered, but some insurance will reimburse for superbills.
